Does DPD have email address?
There is an easy way to check the email is safe, only emails sent from one of three DPD email addresses are genuine, these are dpd.co.uk, dpdlocal.co.uk or dpdgroup.co.uk. Fake or scam emails are nearly always sent from a private email address and certainly not from an official DPD one.

How do I complain about DPD local?
If you have not received a claim form, please contact your local depot and they will issue a registered claim form and a reference number, specific to the consignment affected. For any existing claims, please contact the Claims Department on 01179 105 008.

What do I do if my parcel is not delivered?
Check the delivery address you gave the seller. Then contact them and ask where your order is. If the seller claims theyve delivered it or dont know where it is, you can ask for a redelivery. You might be able to get a refund in some circumstances.
How late will DPD deliver?
What time do DPD deliveries arrive? This depends on which DPD service is available in your area. All deliveries will be delivered by DPD - itll arrive between 7.30am and 7.30pm.
