How do you deal with histrionic personality disorder?

Supportive therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy (insight-oriented therapy) have been found to be successful; group therapy is not recommended, as people with histrionic personality disorder usually cant stop themselves from craving the spotlight and may dominate the group dynamic.
