Does POF change your age automatically?

Change the details of your birthday and select Update Registration. Once your birthday is changed, your age will automatically be updated.

How do I change my age group on POF?

Go to Search to get the ball rolling. Select Refine Search. Drag the slider beside Age to set your minimum and maximum.
