MMR, or Match Making Rating, is an individual value assigned to each player. For Honor uses this value as a matchmaking parameter to match you with players of similar skill when you play PVP game modes. Consequently, the MMR evolves with each match you play.

MMR is the acronym for Match Making Rating. Basically, both Elo and MMR refer to a number that is supposed to reflect your relative skill level. The difference is simply that Elo results from the Elo-system calculation whereas MMR follows other calculations.
